    The dankest Mexican food on the block. Great food great red salsa and excellent service. Martell behind the counter hooks it up. Great attitude lovely human being. Highly recommended. Make sure to get the Horchata to wash it all down. Thanks rigos

    I was going to get some tacos but saw some people eating menudo..on a weekday! It looked bomb so had to get some. It sure was bomb but not as bomb as the menudo I get off my street vendor friends on 8th and irolo.

    They have a menu here is huge. If you don't know what to get, you will want everything. If they have the menudo, try it out. I'll be back to try out their breakfast stuff and tacos.

    WAY Better this time around. The owner was present, and that made a HUGE difference.

    I have noticed when he is not around, his food suffers.

    Glad we went back!

    I really wanted to like this place. I've been there twice and tried different tacos. And I can only speak to their tacos as I have not ordered anything else. That being said when I popped in today I saw a dude eating a wonderful whole fried fish.
    Okay so back to the tacos. Last time I tried the carne asada tacos and carnitas tacos. Meh. Today I gave the carnitas another shot and tried a barbacoa. The carnitas was pretty tasteless. The barbacoa was inedible and I can only describe the meat as chunks of some part of the cow. Tough. Gristle. Strangely cut. Yuk.
    I ordered a fountain Diet Coke it had a funny cleaning solution taste but I took the order to go so I didn't want to turn the car around.
    The radishes and spicy carrots were just okay. Lacked something but were fresh.
    Thanks don't think I'll be going back. Nope. There are many other taco places out there.

    I tried to get a breakfast burrito.
    TRIED.
    I looked on the sign, $8.49 breakfast burrito. That is high for eggs, some meat & a tortilla, but I wanted a breakfast burrito.
    So I ask the lady at the counter what is in the The burrito.
    "Ham, bacon, chorizo, rice, beans, eggs."
    I responded i don't want rice & beans.
    The next response lead me to understand it's one of the meats, not all 3, & eggs.
    A man behind the counter asked me: eggs & bacon?
    Yes.
    Ok, so the lady tells me $12.49...or something like that.
    I said the sign says $8.49.
    Again: "rice & beans, $12.49"
    The man started talking in Spanish to the lady, and my Spanish is rusty, so I don't know what they were saying.
    I said never mind, too complicated.
    Had there been a Jack in the Box, it would have been EASY, cheaper, and had 3 meats, cheese & eggs. And I would have been happy.
    Now I see the reviews, glad I left!
    $8.49 for a breakfast burrito?
